Most of the times they are better or the same with even half the price, I've never seen reasons to buy an AIO. General top air cooler even if it misses the Grand Macho.

I will never consider an AIO(especially 240/80mm and sub), they generally perform worse or equal while being more expensive.Д¬ryorig R1 vs H100i it has the same performances as the Corsair whereas the h100i costs (here in Europe) 1.5x the price. Top air coolers fear only from custom water loops(and not even always). but how the hell did you end up with a 9900k if you can't afford a good cooler for it? PS: I don't want to be that guy, in the end everybody has their own situations and it's not my business. The Kraken is by far one of the most expensive AIO's around there, you can get similar performing systems for half that price.
